Permitted Use
This Apartment Exchange may be used only for lawful purposes by users seeking to sublet housing. Permission is granted to download and print materials from this Apartment Exchange for personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, distribution, retransmission, or modification of information on this site, whether in electronic or hard copy form, without the prior written permission of NALP is expressly prohibited.

Posting Information
Information posted by users: (a) shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading; (b) shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items; (c) shall not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (d) shall not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination or false advertising); (e) shall not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (f) shall not be obscene or contain child pornography or, if otherwise adult in nature or harmful to minors, shall be posted only in an Adults Only section and shall be distributed only to people legally permitted to receive such content; (g) shall not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; (h) shall not create liability for NALP or cause NALP to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers; and (i) shall not link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that are prohibited under this Agreement.

Viewing Information
Users understand and agree that NALP does not screen content on the Apartment Exchange. Users must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any content on the Apartment Exchange, including reliance on the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of such content.

Disclaimers and Limitations
NALP provides the Apartment Exchange as a free service allowing users to post or view housing vacancies, but NALP is not involved in the actual transaction. In the event that you have a dispute with any user, you release NALP and all officers, directors, agents, and employees from claims, demands and damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

NALP makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements; (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable; (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations; and (v) any errors in the software will be corrected. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from NALP or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms of service.
